MLM Prospecting on Facebook is Easy if You Know These Tricks

As part of my mlm prospecting routine I usually turn to facebook for free leads. Facebook has over 800 million people that all give away their occupation, hobbies, friends and daily activities on their profiles! Most network marketers don’t realize what a huge opportunity this is to build your business big and long term.

A large percentage of my mlm team asks me how I’ve been able to sponsor almost 70 people from facebook for absolutely free, and my answer has always been contact people that you think you’d like to work with and just find out more about them. Remember that when you’re mlm prospecting your biggest job is just to be a friendly networker. Just make a friend and don’t worry about the “recruiting” part, but make sure you aren’t wasting your time with negative/crazy people either.

I’ve found that people have ten times better results on facebook if they use these easy tricks:

MLM Prospecting Tricks for Facebook:

1. Use Their Name

Sounds simple, but most people don’t do this in the initial contact. There have been a lot of spammers out there contacting people and just copying and pasting the same message, completely disregarding the “build rapport” stage and going straight for the jugular by sending them a link to their business.

Because of this, people already have their guard up when you reach out to them By simply including their name in the subject line (example: hey (name)…) and saying it in the message as well, the propsect now knows that you sent them a PERSONAL message rather than a spam message.

2. Start MLM Prospecting Locally on Facebook

When you prospect someone local, they almost immediately feel as if they have a connection to  you and vice versa. You immediately have things you can talk about and if the conversation moves in the right direction you have the opportunity to meet. The other great thing about talking to people locally is that if they decide to get involved in your business you can build locally and have a better chance of keeping them involved. You can do meetings for them and the people they get involved. I count local signups as a bonus because it is sometimes easier to communicate and get them going properly.

3. Three messages back and forth before a pitch on the business

Of course there are exceptions to this rule, but if you keep as a good rule of thumb to have three communications through message at least back and forth by each party before asking if they are open to your business, you’ll score infinitely higher than all the other facebook spammers.

A rule that follows within rule #3, is that even with sending your third message while mlm prospecting, make sure you ONLY send a link if the other person gives the go ahead.

This is one of the biggest mistakes I see people make is they send a link too early. A good thing to keep in mind is to always ask someone if they’d like you to send over some information after they say they’re open. The answer when I ask this question is almost always yes.

The Bottom Line:

We all know the bottom line when it comes to the mlm profession is if you keep going through the numbers and don’t quit eventually you’ll find the few good people that you need to make it happen. What you lack in skill make up for in numbers and chances are you’ll build a huge business. MLM Prospecting Adventures for the 90 Day Blitz

We all know that mlm prospecting has it’s good days and it’s bad days. This past Monday my team and company started a 90 day blitz. We have been working non stop making 100-150 mlm prospecting calls a day, sending out facebook messages, cold calling, calling the existing team to get pumped up, and doing three way calls for the team in order to create a new rank advance every day.

So far it’s been extremely successful, but there have been some bumps in the road that I wanted to talk about today and share my experiences.

MLM Prospecting Experiences for the 90 Day Blitz:

So far, I have had some interesting conversations with people that I think would be funny to share. I’m sharing these conversations not only for entertainment value, but also to show that we all go through ups and downs, and sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn’t. Either way it’s ok!

In order to show how dedicated I am to our team and our 90 days of serious work, I bought some leads to test them out and I will be relaying back to the team whether they are worth calling or not. I have also been calling online leads, cold calling, calling warm market and facebook prospecting (my specialty) and was shocked at some of the results!

Conversations while mlm prospecting for the 90 day blitz:

For confidentiality purposes I am not going to use anyone’s real name, so I will give them nicknames:

Conversation #1 with “I Love Complaining and Am Frustrated with Life Guy:”

This guy came from a bought lead program and I knew I was in trouble when the oh so lovely “who’s this” was said in a raspy tone when I asked for his name. The script I’ve been using for these leads has been simple: “Hey there, my name’s Jessica Higdon and I was responding to  your request about learning more information on working from home, I just wanted to see if that was something you were serious about and how I can help you?”

The intro is pretty straight forward when it comes to mlm prospecting. He responds with “I’ve spent $300 and the last woman I talked to was rude and kept talking over me. You’re not like that are you??” At this point I wasn’t sure if his tone was necessarily hostile or if he was genuinely looking for something but the last prospector didn’t know how to handle herself. I asked him a few questions and told him there’s no need for me to talk over him just wanted to see if this is a fit or not. I explained a little about myself after asking him questions, and immediately he starts complaining after I offer to send him the video:

“I’ve watched 3 videos and spent $300! Just tell me what it is so I don’t get scammed!”

My response to this? –> “If you know anyone that wants to make an extra $500 a week, let me know, otherwise I don’t think what we do is a fit for you, have a great day.”

I could hear him in the background as I hung up the phone saying “wait…..” because he wanted to make that $500 a week, but I don’t want to work with someone like him in my business so I’m not wasting my time. This conversation took about 2 minutes. With this mlm prospecting session Ray and I are going strictly for speed and numbers.

Conversation #2 with “I give away my personality in my voicemail guy:”

I’ll make this description short and sweet just like the call. I called a guy from a google search on financial planners and got his voicemail. This is what it said:

“Hi, you’ve reached (name), I can’t come to the phone right now but leave your name and number and I’ll get back to you………. MAYBE!”

I did leave a voicemail but I didn’t have any intention of answering his call if he called back. Doesn’t really sound like someone I want to work with.

MLM prospecting Conversation #3 with “I answer questions with only one word girl:”

This girl was a hard one. Have you ever been prospecting for your mlm and the prospect just doesn’t engage in conversation and you have a disconnect? That was this conversation (and I had many of them). She would ONLY answer my questions “YES” or “NO” so I finally had to stop asking yes or no questions and start asking things like “How long have you been unemployed?” “What’s recently changed in your life to have you looking at a home business?”

I started to get a conversation out of her, opened her up a little bit and eventually got a confirmation to send out a video. I never spend more than 3 to 4 minutes on the phone with someone, but if they are giving  you a hard time with conversation like this girl was, start asking different questions! I eventually got out of her that she is having a baby and is scared to death she won’t be able to provide for him. That’s a huge why and you never know who is going to build a million dollar business.

MLM prospecting Success Stories:

So those were the not-so-good conversations, but I did have some really great ones. In the past 4 days I’ve talked to 500 people, I’ve talked to 110 of them, gotten out 30 videos and signed up 6 people, 3 out of those have gone silver eagle (signed up at least 2 people themselves) and 2 have bought accelerators.

When you are doing the right things every day and fully concentrating on your mlm prospecting vs. other things that don’t make you money, it’s amazing the quality of people you attract. From those leads I was calling I had a guy who sells cutco knives that I’m calling back today, and I have a feeling in my gut that he’ll sign up. Out of the hundreds that won’t return my phone calls and were nasty to me on the phone, there were a select few that I know are “good eggs” and we can mentor them to become massive successes. That’s all I’m looking for and I hope with this blog today you realize if you’re doing a 90 day blitz it’s about having fun with it, and getting that much closer to the yes’s with each no! :)

How to become a millionaire in 90 days with a home based business

I know it’s “hypey” to say become a millionaire in a home based business within 90 days, but after this weekend I got some testimonials and fantastic strategies that would absolutely attribute millions of dollars to your life if you implemented them.

This past weekend was the pro marketing summit that had speakers like Eric Worre, Diane Hochman, Michelle Pescosolido, Dave Van Hoose, Tim Erway, Mark Hoverson, Ray Higdon, myself, and a few others that gave fantastic value! One strategy in particular for a home based business that I liked was Eric Worre’s 90 day blitz.

So is it really possible to build a home based business, from scratch, to a million dollar empire within 90 days?

90 Day Home Based Business Blitz

If you are serious about your business, (and I mean really really really serious), this blog post will be the deciding factor as to whether you decide to take your business to the next level or stay where you’re at. I remember doing something similar to a 90 day blitz when I first started working my network marketing company, just didn’t know what to call it. The first 90 days of my business has contributed to a huge portion of my checks and I didn’t even realize it until coming to this event.

You’re probably wondering, how does a 90 day blitz work? Well, it’s simple really, but it will take a lot of effort.

If you work consistently, 8-16 hours a day for 90 days, and do the right kind of work it takes to be at the next level, that portion of your time will attribute to millions upon millions of dollars throughout your home based business career.

There are a few things you need to set up in order to work hard for 90 days on your business:

What You’ll Need for your Home Based Business 90 Day Blitz:

1. A family meeting

When you are working hard, making calls, setting appointments and keeping those appointments, you won’t be around much for family or fun time. Sounds harsh, but if you did this for only a 3 month period and made millions because of it, wouldn’t it be worth it? And dont’ you think your family would understand? So make sure you set up a time with  your family that you can sit down and say hey I’m not going to be around as much as you’re used to because I’m doing this for our future.

2. Set an event for after the 90 days.

The entire purpose of this blitz is to get a set number of people to an event that will create huge buzz and duplication. Don’t make the number small so  you can wimp out at any moment ;), make the number big so it pushes you to fulfill your goal. Anywhere from 300 to 1000 people after ninety days in a room means you know you’ve done your job.

3. Set up a pre launch to the event.

Get people excited for this huge event you’re putting on! Talk consistently to every prospect/rep you have about your 90 day game plan, and how you are creating a movement for yourself and your company. If you think people care a lot about your product/pay plan/founders/etc. they don’t! Eric Worre specifically said that every prospect you talk to, make sure you are plugging the event and how you are taking your home based business, and everyone in your teams’ from average to six figures.

4. Set up a team.

As you’re signing people up, as mentioned before, make sure they’re on board with your 90 day blitz. If you pick out a few key leaders that all agree to get 10-20 people to the event, you’ve cut your work by 30% and have made the duplication of your home based business 10 times easier. Its much easier to have 30 people bring 10 than for you to bring all 300 to the event.

Are You Up For The Challenge?

Do you want to speak on stage? Do you want to get awards from your company and be recognized for your hard work and effort?

If you are really serious about your home based business and ready to make some serious money, this is the way to do it. This means no cleaning off your desk, no making 1-2 phone calls a day, no fun time. This means taking one day off a week for 3 months and at the end of it saying “I did my absolute best and there’s no excuse for me not to be making a CRAP LOAD of  money.” ;)

This past weekend Ray and my team went on a fully paid for vacation to cancun, mexico! We had an absolute blast! When it comes to taking vacations, network marketers hands down know how to party. Today we wanted to share with you all of the highlights and things that we learned while on vacation.

We truly are blessed to be a part of the best industry in the world, that provides us not only with the freedom to do what we want, but also the ability to hang out with some awesome, cool people.

Daily Routine to Have Network Marketing Success Online

What is the number one reason people don’t reach network marketing success? Many have asked me this question due to the fact that there are millions of people who haven’t had success. Well just to be clear, I blame this on two reasons: #1. Anyone can get into network marketing with very little barrier to entry (so they don’t take it seriously and are hyped into the industry), and #2. People quit too soon because they don’t have a lot invested.

When  you treat your network marketing business like a million dollar business, it’ll become that for you. When you treat it like a hobby, you will receive hobby like income or none at all. Now that I’ve gotten that point out of the way ;), today’s blog is focused on discussing how you can have massive network marketing success through a simple daily routine. Not everyone is meant for this, but if you want to get into online marketing, this is a great way to use the internet as a tool to get leads and also some prospecting tips to make the results fast!

Network Marketing Success Tips:

If you want to be a master recruiter, you need to be extremely disciplined and stick to a daily routine. Here is one that I believe anyone can do and if you don’t see any network marketing success after doing this for a minimum of 30 days, I’d be shocked!

1. Wake up and listen to something motivational

This industry can be frustrating beyond belief, but if you know the end result is completely worth it and you have a mentor motivating you every day, you’ll perform better. Some great audios I recommend are George Zalucki’s Profile of a Champion, or Ray’s “Maintaing Your Power.” Both are great motivators for a morning boost.

2. Produce a good, quality piece of content on network marketing success

Figure out who your target is and write or speak to that person. A piece of content could be a blog, a video or an article. The choice is yours. I say to write it about network marketing success because that is most likely who your target will be. Most likely you will be wanting to write to people that have a network marketing company currently or are looking for one. However, if your target is much different obviously choose a piece of content that will interest the reader.

For Ray and I, blogging is the best possible form of communication. We attribute a majority of our network marketing success to our blog because of all of the high quality leads it generates. Wouldn’t it be nice to talk to people that actually WANT to talk to you about your business rather than people that don’t? Well that’s what the internet, specifically a blog, can do for you. However, make sure you follow step three as well and take it into consideration if you want FAST money. Any internet activity you do isn’t fast and won’t work overnight, although there are some tactics you can use to speed up the process.

3. Prospect 5-10 people per day, send out two presentations

Prospecting is a word dreaded by most network marketers. Prospecting does not have to be difficult. As most of you know, I’ve built a majority of my organization through facebook, and you can too. If you add this simple act of connecting with a human being 5 times a day and sending out 2 presentations per day, you will speed up your recruiting process. I also highly recommend going to your warm market first, even if you’ve approached them in the past. If you  have a good team and upline you will know what to say and have a great system to send your prospects through.

Brendon Burchard High Performance Academy Take Aways

Recently I attended Eric Worre’s cold market mastermind event in Las Vegas, and there I saw Brendon Burchard speak. He was absolutely amazing. For those of you that don’t know, Brendon is a big time guy. He is a top internet marketer and has trained thousands of people, including celebrities and multi millionaires on how to reach your highest possible performance.

During Brendon Burchard’s talk he sold a $1000 course called High Performance Academy, and I just started going through it today. It is honestly life changing and wanted to bring some of the take aways from this course to you guys today.

Brendon Burchard High Performance Academy on Happiness:

I loved this section of the academy because I’ve never heard anyone teach this. Brendon argues that there are 4 distinct things in your life and triggers in the brain that create happiness.Brendon Burchard’s whole entire brand is around making people, no matter how successful already, live to their highest potential at a consistent rate. This means being charged and ready for anything life has to offer ALL of the time! Here are four things that will keep you happy and charged up to create the life of your dreams:

1. Novelty

When you are creating new and exciting things in your life, your brain is triggered to release the hormones that make you happy. He suggests going to a new restaurant ever week or learning a new skill every month. At the start of ever month to keep yourself charged and at your highest performance, ask yourself this question: “What new skill can I learn this month?”

For example, the things that I am going to go after this month are tennis lessons, and learning more in depth about the brain and how people think. You will start to see a lot of  my posts about psychology (just like this one) and the way people think.

2. Challenge Yourself

Your brain functions highest when you are challenging yourself. Think of new things that you can do that aren’t as easy as you’d like them to be because believe it or not, hard work is a great source of power and energy. If you make the work fun there’s no stopping what you can accomplish. Push your brain to new capabilities!

3. Creative Expression

Brendon Burchard talks about how if you are not creatively expressing yourself DAILY and consistently, you are losing a part of yourself. Your office, house, accessories, clothes, etc. should be an expression of who you are. When we are caged from creativity our mind suffers. Blogging for example is a great way to express yourself! Other examples include teaching others, home meetings, trainings, videos, articles, etc. Creativity applied to business will totally excel you emotionally and financially!

4. Connection

You need to connect with others to be successful. Who could you connect with today that would help you feel good and bring your business to higher income? When we feel alone it can make us unhappy. There is no one that is truly “alone,” there is always someone out there we can reach out to. If you feel alone, reach out to me! I’d be happy to talk to you and get you back on track!

Should You Buy MLM Leads?

If you’re trying to build a network marketing company and haven’t had much luck, the question of whether to buy or not buy mlm leads comes up frequently. I get asked this at least once a day from the team. The answer varies depending on your goals and on what you’ve been doing for the past few months or years with your company already.

Should you buy MLM leads and when?

Keep in mind that every situation when it comes to leads has exceptions. Some network marketers like to and are good at calling leads or cold calling, while others prefer different methods. This post is simply from my experience and what I’ve seen work with my organization.

Here’s what I tell people if they ask me about whether or not they should buy mlm leads. I let them know there are a pros and cons to buying leads.

Buying MLM leads Pros:

1. Great Practice

Buying leads is great phone practice, but I don’t recommend buying if you have absolutely NO phone skills. Let’s say you’re just starting out and haven’t talked to anyone about your business. Even if you’ve studied all kinds of prospecting courses and phone skills products, if you haven’t actually made any calls, chances are you’re not great on the phone (unless you’ve had experience in previous businesses). Why would you waste your money buying leads if you can’t close them?

I recommend studying a course on closing and then putting it into action right away. Make a few cold calls first, then when you feel comfortable go ahead and buy some leads . You will have to go through lots and lots of numbers before you get a sign up, but if you had to go through 1000 calls to get 10 leaders that built your mlm business into a million dollars, would you? Once you call 100 leads or so that you’ve bought you will be immune to any objections prospects give you and can re approach your warm market.

2. If you buy MLM leads it’s easily measurable and duplicates:

Obviously when you buy mlm leads there is nothing technical involved. It is extremely simple and anyone can do it for an extremely low price. However, you need to make sure you are measuring properly, and luckily this is easy to do.

Let’s say you have $300 per month to spend on leads. Let’s say $300 gets you 100 quality leads and if you get a sign up you make $100 off the bat. If you are paying for 100 leads a month and are getting 3 sign ups every 100 leads, you are breaking even and can continue to purchase. If you are not breaking even or making a profit, you need to re evaluate your lead source and your technique.

IMPORTANT FACT: Lead source and technique are extremely important when it comes to purchasing mlm leads. You can learn technique from great study courses and there are a few good lead sources out there. 

Cons if you buy MLM Leads:

1. Money

Obviously when  you buy mlm leads you are putting in money each and every month. As I mentioned before, you really need to make sure you  have the correct lead source or you are completely throwing your money out the window. Make sure when you spend money that you are tracking as mentioned above and you know how much you’re making on average per lead.

Another down side to spending money on leads is that your team will want to duplicate whatever you do. Be sure that if you are going to publicize this method to your downline that you have a good place to send them and you are ok with people wanting to buy leads before approaching their warm market. People will practically do anything to avoid approaching their warm market so you have to make sure you’re the leader that tells  them the fastest way to make a profit.

2. Frustration:

If you’re going to call leads your commitment level needs to be at an all time high. Buying leads and building your business this way is for hustlers and not for network marketers just “dipping their toes in the water.” There have been many successful networkers that have built downlines of HUNDREDS of thousands of people from calling leads, but they called at least 50 per day guaranteed. You will have to go through the numbers to get to a sign up, let alone a leader that takes their success into their own hands.

Overall I think calling leads can be a great way to build your business, however it’s not for everyone. If this is your main method of operation, 40 to 50 calls a day should be the goal and you should have a clear, simple system in place to send them through. There are many free ways to build a business that have worked for mlmers, just choose a method that works well for you and make sure from there you have a duplicable system everyone can follow.

As most of you know a couple weekends ago Ray and I went to the Eric Worre event in Las Vegas for training on our MLM business. It was the “Cold Market Mastermind,” so the whole premise of the event was learning how to recruit cold market to recruit more reps.

I’ve been to a lot of events, and this one by far was one of the best I’d ever been to for the MLM business because of a simple topic covered that I can’t wait to share with you!

If you’re struggling to get your business off the ground, or maybe you have a team that you can’t get duplicating, this post is for you.

How to get your MLM business into Momentum…

Have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered if you were really living up to your full potential? Especially in network marketing, the new concept of working for ourselves can be tough to get used to. It’s like every day we’re struggling to make ends meet, and then when we finally get someone in our business they don’t want to go through the frustrations to actually build a business!

In the first year of my mlm business, almost every other day I wanted to quit. In fact, (and I’ve rarely shared this with anyone), I used to cry in the bathroom where no one could see me because I was so frustrated day in and day out building my network marketing company.

These are the facts of the business, so ask yourself when does your business take off to where you feel less like you have a job and more like you have a residual income machine?? The answer is momentum. When you find yourself feeling guilty because your business is taking off so fast with so little effort and making you tons of money, you know you’ve been doing the right things.

Simple steps to get your MLM business moving:

Fact: In your MLM business, no matter what it is, you have a 90 day window to get things moving and get your team growing extremely fast.

Eric Worre explained this so well at his event. It is absolutely impossible and will give you huge headaches if you try and build a business slow. However, if you take 90 days of your life, whether it’s your first 90 days in your network marketing company or you’ve been in for 3 years, and push harder than you’ve ever pushed you can attribute millions of dollars, (that’s right I said MILLIONS) to those 90 days.

If you make have the meetings, produce the content, make the 40 calls a day, get 5-10 presentations out every day for your mlm business for a consistent 90 days there is absolutely no reason why you can’t put 500-1000 people in a room for an event you put on.

You can’t hold onto this stamina forever, but if you do it in bursts of three month periods and then take some time off, you’ll be amazed at your results and will be glad you didn’t listen to the little voice in your head saying “you can’t do this, you’re too lazy or stupid, or dumb!” You CAN do this and you will.

Plenty of network marketers and internet marketers are thinking to themselves, “why do I keep seeing My Lead System Pro all over the place?” What’s the big deal? If you’re wondering what MLSP is, it’s an attraction marketing system that helps network marketers (and traditional business owners) get leads for their business. There are thousands of “systems” that claim they can make the internet easy and get you tons of leads. Some of them work, but most of them don’t have this huge aspect that separates my lead system pro from everything else, and that’s community. Most network marketers that you see that also use the internet, came from, in some way or another, MLSP. The community of different networkers, trainers and speakers inside MLSP can give you massive exposure!

In fact, one of the highlights of our career was when MLSP promoted a facebook training that I did in their back office, and a prospecting training that ray did! After these two things came out leads and exposure went crazy. If you start to see success within my lead system pro and have great content, there’s no reason why you can’t have the same exact success that we have.

They also have an annual event called Live the Dream where you get to meet and network with top marketers, and create relationships that can help you seriously build your business.

2. Additional Streams of Income

If you’re prospecting on a daily basis for your network marketing company, and you don’t have my lead system pro, you’re losing money! When I do my facebook prospecting for example, there are plenty of people that tell me no to my primary opportunity (I’m sure that’s only me that happens to ;)). When they aren’t ready to join my business, I ask them how they’re doing generating leads online, and send them to my MLSP funnel. 

A large percentage of those prospects find out that my lead system pro is exactly what they’re looking for with their own business and want to join the system, therefore making you an additional side income and creating a relationship with another network marketer that may eventually join your business :).

3. Time and Money Saver

You are literally wasting time and money without my lead system pro. Inside the system, there are campaigns, websites and capture pages all set up for you so you don’t need to hire out. Also, you are shaving months if not years off of your learning curve! There are a bunch of leaders in video tutorials showing you step by step how they became successful online in the back office of my lead system pro. Once you start getting leads, please call them! Network Marketing is still a relationship business and people still want to hear from you, even if they’re coming to you through an online funnel.

MLM Recruiting is Easier Than You Think

MLM recruiting is an easy thing to do. That’s right I said EASY! Yet why is it that so many people struggle and over complicate the process of signing someone up into their MLM business? As human beings we are always over complicating the simple things in life but it seems like especially with network marketing people go a little bit nuttier.

I sometimes think that people look at MLM as the hardest thing in the world over any other occupation out there. I know that I certainly used to have that mentality, and until I started to shift my mindset and learn how to consistently take action, nothing was happening for me.

MLM recruiting is simple if you follow some easy steps to keep you motivated, focused and on the right path for mlm success.

Easy MLM Recruiting Tactics

1. Pick a simple strategy that works for you, and keep doing it over and over.

Sounds pretty obvious right? Well surprisingly I see more and more network marketers try and come up with some fancy method or funnel to get leads and signups automatically with no human interaction. If you have signed someone up from cold calling, KEEP DOING THAT until you’re at an income where you can start testing out other  methods. If you did a lot of mlm recruiting from facebook prospecting, KEEP DOING THAT over and over. If you signed someone from warm market or face to face marketing, KEEP DOING THAT.

The minute something works for us or we start to get interest by prospects in our mlm company, for some reason the masses immediately wants to switch to something else that’s “not as hard.” Our business is SO simple, if you want to be a master at MLM recruiting and teach others to do the same, you’ve got to KISS, keep it simple stupid ;).

2. If You’re MLM Recruiting Equals ZERO, Your Mindset is Off Balance

If you’ve recruited someone into your mlm company already, then you know the process and have gone through the steps to know how the action is repeated over and over. If you’ve been in your company more than a couple of months and STILL haven’t recruited a single person, then I guarantee you it’s not what you’re saying to people, it’s how you’re saying it. Your mindset and attitude about your business I would argue is 99% of your success.

If you’re not approaching people with a mindset of “I’m building this thing into a multi million dollar business,” then why would people join you?

In your MLM recruiting, are you being the type of person you’d want to recruit?

Chances are you’re not if you still haven’t signed anyone up. Don’t worry if you haven’t! It’s OK! It’s all a learning process. I didn’t sign anyone up until I was in the business for a full five months!! Anyone else probably would have quit but I didn’t give myself a way out and that’s the major difference between successful and unsuccessful entrepreneurs.

3. Do You Have Daily Action Goals?

Being an entrepreneur is completely different from being an employee. When you’re an employee you have a boss over your shoulder telling you when to get things done and saying that you have to do the work. An entrepreneur’s only boss is yourself so you’ve got to motivate yourself enough to do the work at hand.

If you make a daily action plan (I make a to do list every morning) consisting of how much content you want to produce for your list/team, how many calls you want to make per day, how many presentations you want to get out per day, mlm recruiting will become a breeze and you’ll find yourself getting things done in 1/4th of the time. I also recommend writing down the times you want to get things done by.
