This network marketing tip will definitely help you enroll more reps right away. In fact, there’s a very fine line between super recruiting and having NO results in your business. Let’s examine all of the traits that major leaders in network marketing have, and hopefully this will help you to better understand why you may not be where you want to be in your business.

Network Marketing Tip #1: What Leaders Have….

1. Extreme Confidence

2. Perseverance

3. Determination

4. Discipline

5. Time management

6. Created following with a certain niche – leaders create an air that says “if you join me/follow me you will succeed”

6. BELIEF –> they believe that they have the best thing out there and that signing up with them can help you change your life. This is by far the biggest category that people need to work on!

Do you possess these attributes? If not this is exactly where you need to start. Earlier today I put up a quote that said basically go all in and see what happens. Pour your heart and soul into your business, and see where it takes you. I guarantee if you go full force for the next year, you will be at 6 figures. The problem is most people don’t go full force CONSISTENTLY. They put their heart into it for one day, and then take a week off. Then go full force for another day or two, then take another couple of weeks or month off. This simply doesn’t work, I’ve said this before but some of you refuse to follow this network marketing tip that could change your life!

Network Marketing Tip #2: How to Enroll More Reps!

This is the question on every single person’s mind that first comes into network marketing. “How do I enroll more reps and where do I get them from??” Well in any company, no matter what the product or upline is, you have have two options:

1. Talk to People You Know:

AHHHHH!!! NOoO!! Jess don’t say it! You mean I have to talk to people I know?!? No, you don’t. That’s the beauty of network marketing, you don’t have to talk to anyone you know if you don’t want to. In fact, you can do whatever you want. Unfortunately if you don’t talk to people you know, you’re not going to build this business as fast as you would like. But, there’s an alternative:

2. Talk to People You Don’t Know:

This is the one everyone seems to love. Whether online or offline, you can talk to people you don’t know and still create a huge organization. Before I break down a couple of ways to talk to people you don’t know, here’s what you must keep in mind before talking to anyone and how to enroll more reps guaranteed! –> POSTURE POSTURE POSTURE!

You know all of those objections that you’re afraid of? You will NEVER get them if you have the right posture. Posture is everything in networking. If you are confident on the phone and literally DO NOT CARE either way whether someone joins your business or not, you will leave them curious and wanting to work with you. We’ve all heard the saying “people work with people not businesses.” It is incredibly true.

Network marketing tip #3: Here are some ways to get people in your pipeline that you don’t know:

1. Facebook – See my facebook training HERE

2. Networking Events – offline tactic to talk to people you don’t know

3. Craigslist – you can place ads for your opportunity (just be careful not to get shut down ;0)

4. Bandit Signs – Great Sign I learned from Adam Chandler, “$250,000/year from home, don’t believe it? Don’t call…” This sign will definitely qualify people, and I know that Adam has signed top people in the industry from just putting these signs out everywhere and then sending them to a recorded message on google voice. Pretty awesome! You can connect with Adam HERE and learn how he built a huge team.

5. Attraction Marketing – This is when  you start to get more advanced, this is when people start following you and coming to you for advice, if there’s one network marketing tip that I can give you that relates to attraction marketing, it’s to get a great system that can teach you everything step by step, otherwise you’ll get completely lost. Attraction  marketing takes a little more time if you do it right than other forms of talking to people you don’t know.

6. Co-Ops – (only if you have the money to throw at them,  however these don’t create the best duplication)

7. Buying Leads – (Today there are many ways to get around this, although there are some huge earners in the industry that built their business this way. You just have to make sure you don’t find a bad lead source)

8. Cold Calling – Personally not my favorite but it is possible to build a business this way, although this can take a lot out of you and be very discouraging. It’s not the quickest or by far the easiest way to build a huge network marketing organization, but it definitely can be done. Anything can be done if you put your mind to it and do it consistently.

There are a lot more that I could talk about, but there’s 8 big ones right there. If you balance those tactics between 75% active prospecting (talking to people) and 25% passive (placing ads and waiting for something to happen) you will do just fine. When people tell me they don’t know where to get leads I don’t believe them. I just gave you 8 off the top of my head and there are many many more ways to do this! If you’re serious about your business you’ll build it, plain and simple. If you’re not, you won’t.

Do the things every day that will get you where you need to go, a.k.a picking up the phone! You WILL build a huge business, I can’t tell you exactly when or how, but trust me you will. 🙂
